🎉 WSA Summer Festival Success – Thank You! 🎉
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the Wittersham Summer Festival raised a phenomenal profit of £5,011.42!
What an incredible achievement from just one event — we are truly in awe of the generosity, hard work and community spirit that made this possible. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
A huge shoutout goes to Daisy and Lacey, who – in their very first event as WSA Co-Chairs – absolutely smashed it! What a phenomenal start to their leadership of the committee.
The WSA (Wittersham School Association) is a small registered charity whose aim is to work in partnership with the school community to raise funds that enhance the educational experience of all pupils. This year alone, thanks to your support, the WSA has helped to fund:
-
New reading books across the school
-
Additional resources for Forest School and The Orchard
-
Year 6 leavers’ celebrations
-
Christmas and Easter events for all pupils
-
And of course, the unforgettable Summer Festival!
These funds go directly towards projects that would not be possible through statutory funding, identified in close collaboration with the Headteacher and Governing Body.
It was wonderful to see so many happy faces enjoying the Summer Festival – a true celebration of the Wittersham spirit and all that makes our school community so special.
💚 A heartfelt thank you to Daisy, Lacey, the WSA committee, all the volunteers, and our fantastic families 💚
Your time, effort and enthusiasm make such a difference – and we are so very grateful.
